Do not allow disrepair to creep in. If any thing needs tidying up, cleaning or repair, do it immediately before it gets worse. We all collect clutter. Have you ever looked in your kitchen drawers / cupboards ? What have you got there? Old plastic bags, empty boxes and bottles. If you haven’t used them till date, then throw them away. The chances are you’re never going to use them.

Don’t ignore the emotional clutter as well. Clear out your head from time to time. Throw away all those things that remind you of anyone you have had problems with.
