Corner sites are to be bought carefully duly considering the directions. Sites with roads on the north and east are best

People tend to go in for corner sites so that they have the advantage of open space on two sides. While it is good to go in for corner sites, you need to be careful in selecting the right vastu approved corner site. Northeast corner sites are the best.

As far as possible avoid the other corner sites, viz., souteast, northwest and southwest.
