Most of the plots in a colony developed by development authorities have adjacent main entrances. A house can be constructed as per Vaastu on only any one of such pair of plots in these colonies. Those residing in this house are happy. On the other plot a house as per Vaastu cannot be constructed. Sometimes both the adjacent plots are against Vaastu in these colonies and the residents suffer mentally and physically.

EFFECT OF VITHISHULA ON HEALTH

If a road enters a plot or house straight or stops in front of the same it is called a Vithishula (road penetration). Some of these are auspicious and some are inauspicious.

All those living in a house with auspicious Vithishula, lead happy and healthy lives.

All those living in a house on an inauspicious Vithishula, lead miserable lives. They face many physical, mental and financial problems.

PLOTS AT DIFFERENT POSITIONS

Do not live on a house on either side of the dead end of aroad. The residents of such houses suffer from health problems because there is no exit for energy in them.

No building, whether it is house or shop, should ever be on a T’ junction. It is a very inauspicious road penetration. All the residents, including the lord of the house suffer from mental and financial problems.

Never purchase a plot in front of more than two roads, no matter even if it is square or rectangular. These type of plots create obstructions in the progress of the residents.

Never purchase a plot of any shape on a ;V joint. The residents suffer from health problems in the house on such plots.

Never purchase a plot on a sharp turn. The residents of a house on such a plot never get desired success in life.

If your house or shop is very low or high as compared to the surrounding buildings then it is not suitable to live for good health.

Do not even think of living in a house in front of a big building or construction. It is auspicious if the big building or construction is behind the house.
